The packages, features and prices shown here describe what Mishe Media offers. They are not a contract. Your work with us is governed by a separate written service agreement that you sign before we start, which prevails if it differs from this site. Prices and availability may change.
No guarantee of results
Social media results depend on many things we do not control, including platform algorithms, your market, your services and your posting history. We do not promise any specific number of followers, bookings, views or revenue.
Your responsibilities as a professional
You are responsible for the services you provide and for following the laws, licensing rules and advertising standards that apply to your profession and location. This includes what you may say about treatments, prices and results. Mishe Media does not give legal, medical or regulatory advice. You approve every piece of content before it is published.
Client photos and consent
Before you give us photos, video or testimonials that show or quote your clients, you must have their written permission for us to edit and publish them on your behalf. You promise that you own, or have the right to use, everything you send us.
Third-party platforms
We work on platforms such as Instagram and TikTok. We do not control their rules, features or algorithms, and we are not responsible if they change or restrict your account.
Intellectual property
This website, including the Mishe Media name, logo, design, text and photos, belongs to Mishe Media or its licensors. You may not copy or reuse it without written permission. Ownership of content we create for you is set out in your service agreement.

Any testimonials or examples on this site reflect the experience of the people shown. Your results may differ.

We try to keep this site accurate and available, but we provide it “as is” without warranties of any kind.
Limit of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Mishe Media is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of this site. Our total liability for anything connected to this website is limited to the amount you paid us for the service in question. Your service agreement may set different limits for paid services.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Harris County, Texas.
